• Each child’s learning is observed by teachers regularly with the help of different learning technology – which helps to identify the strength and weaknesses of individual children. After analysis of the student’s response, the subject experts will guide the individual child where the areas of development with dynamic grouping and suggest appropriate pathways for every child. Teachers then use their expertise and experience to determine appropriate next steps for each student.

• The teachers can spend more time creating a strong rapport with the child. This provides students with a highly personalized experience corresponding to their unique strengths and learning capabilities.

HOW IS STUDENTS LEARNING IS MEASURED?

Our Assessments Methods are not Judgemental but rather continuous methods with alternate assessment practices, which help the child to move forward with confidence without any stagnant and the level of support provided by the subject facilitators helps every child to progress in the right direction. Our assessment ensures that students are making progress through experiential and hands-on experience.

At the KG and the primary level Assessment can happen through Observation, Reviewing documents with a rubric or with a quiz, and some baseline tests.

The outcome and progress of assessment for every child are logged in the technology recording methods which connect the parents, teachers and students as a triangle that makes the parent and teachers join their hands to ensure the easy and will enhance fast review of every child's progress every time interval.
